Ferrero's Code of Business Conduct

Nuestros Principios y Normas

Guiding principles of commercial relationships

The Code of Business Conduct of the Ferrero Group, adopted in May 2011, was published for the first time in the second CSR Report in June 2011 and is shared since 2013 with all stakeholders in the value chain.

The Code is built on the Ferrero principles, it complies with the Code of Ethics of the Group and defines Ferrero practices in the following areas:

  1. excellence in quality and safety of products;
  2. commitment to the protection of human rights;
  3. environmental protection and sustainability;
  4. guarantee of the conditions of the workplace;
  5. commercial integrity.
ABCDE PLAN

In addition, we proceeded to include the contractual term of acknowledgment and acceptance of the Code in the new contracts signed in 2013/2014, particularly in areas related to the production of KINDER® toys and to the outsourced production (manufacturing agreements).

The Code is subjected to a sharing plan called ABCDE (A Business Code Dialogue Engagement).
