Ferrero was founded in 1946 and now, in our third generation of family ownership, we have grown to become one of the world’s largest sweet-packaged food companies with much-loved brands including Kinder, Nutella, Ferrero Rocher, and Tic Tac, sold in over 170 countries.
One thing that has never changed over the years and through the generations is our passion for quality, attention to detail and innovation, and 'pensare diverso' - thinking differently. We are committed to helping people celebrate moments of joy all around the world, through our delicious products.
An innovative mindset is rooted in our history. Founder Pietro, known as "the scientist", drove innovation with his creative experiments, while his brother Giovanni helped to establish a nationwide sales network. Their collaboration laid the groundwork for Pietro's son, Michele, to transform the business into the globally recognised Ferrero brand known for its quality and innovation in confectionery. Today, Ferrero continues its innovation journey and expansion into new markets under the leadership of Michele's son, Giovanni.
