After more than 70 years, it still puts a smile on our faces to think of the moments of magic our products bring to people around the world.

With an unwavering focus on consumers, creating unique products that bring moments of joy will always be our motivation. We craft each product with passion and care – knowing the role they can play in people’s special moments, no matter how big or small.

At the heart of celebratory moments 

Many of our products are designed to be shared and gifted and have therefore found their place at the heart of celebratory moments worldwide. From gifting a box of Ferrero Rocher as a gesture to show people how much they mean to you, to delighting a little loved one with a Kinder Surprise, our products are part of people’s special moments across the world.

For instance, did you know that Ferrero Rocher is an iconic product in China? It’s loved across the region for its sophistication and luxury and has its own place at the heart of the Lunar New Year where, for many, celebrations wouldn’t be complete without enjoying a box of Ferrero Rocher. Each year we produce a special limited-edition product to coincide with the occasion.

Every holiday season, we are proud of the joy our products bring consumers around the world and their power to make celebrations even more magical. We know a box of Ferrero Rocher is often a Christmas gift, and that they have a valued place for sharing at gatherings of friends and families.  It’s why, each year, we make a series of special packaging – for the winter holidays, as well as for occasions such as Easter.

In fact, at Easter, we not only celebrate with our Ferrero Rocher Easter Eggs, but it’s where another of our brands shines: Kinder. Our Kinder® products have been at the heart of joyful moments all year round for more than 50 years and, at Easter, we have a number of special products bringing even more joy to the occasion - Kinder Milk Chocolate Mini Easter Eggs through to the Kinder Bunny, and our Kinder Bueno Easter Mini Eggs. 

But there’s one stand-out egg that’s especially synonymous with special Easter moments.

Bringing the joy from special occasions to the little moments 

Our beloved Kinder Surprise was inspired by the Italian Easter tradition of children searching for a chocolate egg that had a surprise inside. Michele Ferrero wanted to take the concept and create a product that could be enjoyed throughout the year.

Today, Kinder products are still at the heart of countless special moments – bringing joyful memories between parents and children as children grow up. From the delight of a Kinder Surprise egg through to Kinder Joy and even our giant Easter eggs, many consumers worldwide – including our own employees – tell us that receiving a Kinder product is among their fondest childhood memories.

We’re passionate about finding new and exciting ways to bring joy to consumers – from our evolving range of surprise toys through to family bonding experiences with our Kinder Applaydu app where all toys come to life via augmented reality to offer a new, magical ‘phygital’ playing experience within the family. 

Creating smiles, every day

We’re also proud to say our products help create special moments across the day. For the past 60 years, Nutella has been spreading smiles amongst millions of people each morning. A brand with positivity at its heart, Nutella is a true ambassador of positivity and smiles. In fact, the jar itself has become an icon of joy and pleasure.

It’s why, on our 60th anniversary in 2024, Nutella celebrated spreading the power of positivity with our #GiveANutellaSmile campaign. It is how we can honour the unique moments families experience together, when Nutella gives them a reason to smile. Smiles are contagious – especially when they are spread.
